I worked in product development for a time, developing clothing that is sold to concert venues, schools, etc. Coding is a great opportunity to use the same skills repeatedly leading and executing the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, planning, documentation, design, code development, QA testing, deployment and support. Additionally I have a strong background in customer service, which has led me to focus on incorporating what the client wants and deliver a superior product and experience. Teamwork is also a huge role in any customer service environment. I never leave from my job without ensuring that my team members are set up for a successful evening.
