I initiated the school's annual Welfare conference, re-structured the school's House system so as to make it more relevant to whole-school activities and the students' welfare and initiated a house points and awards system resulting in more students achieving the highest award, the Principal's Award, and more students having more positive entries in the school's SENTRAL monitoring database than negative ones.
