Lisa Gaizza’s Expertise For the past twenty-eight years I have dedicated my talents in the field of education. Imparting knowledge on young minds and fostering growth has been an amazing journey. Recently, however, I find that my intrinsic drive is in search of a new career path. I would like to take on a new challenge and pursue a career in the corporate industry, where the daily workflow and responsibilities are fast paced and yield great productivity. Working as a full-time teacher, I have learned how to be organized and utilize one's time to the maximum. In conjunction to the field of education I have simultaneously had the demanding responsibilities of managing a tenacious household; multi-tasking has become second nature to me. I believe I have the capacity to bring this strength and enthusiasm to any setting. For over two decades I have been motivating and engaging students; it is one of my great strengths. It takes an abundance of energy and creativity to keep others on task and motivated; I truly believe this skill is an asset in any industry. I possess excellent communication and management skills. I am excellent in keeping daily records and submitting reports on time. I believe that my level of creativity in incorporating novel elements into documents and reports would be beneficial to the marketing end of the business field. Aside from being on task, I find it easy to work along with others in a cooperative environment. I am a team player and have a natural amicable disposition. These qualities would benefit a communal work setting. Additionally, these skills would be an amazing asset when dealing with prospective and current clients. I have been taming a desire to work outside the constraints of a classroom for a long time. I would love to be considered for a position in the corporate environment.
