Working with an animal welfare organization that rescues wild animals, such as bears and big cats, from poor-keeping conditions might seem like a move in a totally different direction, however, although my 'customers' might now be slightly more dangerous than my high school exchange students were, it all ties together: to make a positive impact in the world, you have to educate people. I believe that for positive change to occur, people have to feel connected. They have to understand why it matters and what they can do to support the change. People want to feel emotionally bonded to something greater. And this is what I do. Four Paws
