Lisa Ruckman’s Expertise • Handle all international release planning of physical, digital and mobile products from concept through release for RCA Records • Oversee the creation and timely delivery of all production elements and tools required for album releases including audio and video masters, label copy, metadata and artwork for all RCA international releases • Consult with Global Digital Business and IT to help create new systems and processes necessary to maintain the security of projects prior to and after street date • Act as liaison between artist managers and affiliates to ensure both the artist vision and label interests are represented globally while maintaining awareness of local label plans, sensitivities and issues • Help direct international strategies and provide required tools to affiliates to ensure seamless execution of highly confidential projects within very tight deadlines • Collaborate with artist managers to plan global rollouts and seek approval for international needs including single track products, audio bundles, bonus tracks, etc. • Collaborate with digital accounts (iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Google…) to ensure global priorities and timed releases are executed and supported worldwide • Liaise with operations, digital retailers, and account operations to initiate troubleshooting and resolution of digital release issues. • Coordinate the setup and track the delivery of all digital assets and content for Atlantic Records and Elektra Records • Manage international digital single and album releases • Troubleshoot any issues occurring during delivery of digital releases • Book car transportation and hotels for artists during the recording process • Oversee product management of outside rep projects releasing in the US • Work with video production to deliver videos to premiere partners.
