This DEI model positioned the organization in the top ten hospitals for diversity management for the last two years through Diversity Inc. • Along with designing their first DEI strategic plan, creating a diverse spending goal of 4% to support economic inclusion at the enterprise level for Yale New Haven Health System; we exceeded that KPI to reach 6% in the first year. • Partnering with the City of Cincinnati at TriHealth Inc. to conduct annual health fairs in the enterprise’s first health equity initiative, providing free mammograms, prostate exams, and health assessments with volunteer clinicians to connect underserved patients with robust care.
