Lorenzo Grassis’s Expertise Since 2019 I have been working intensely on Digital Health and the opportunities it can create for everyone's health. In this field I have been Product Development Manager, Marketing Manager and now also Sales Manager, being able to develop a deep and diversified know-how on the topic I work as Services Business Developer in Insurance industry since 2013. Thanks to my position I developed skill in Sales, PMO, Marketing and product development. Thanks to new methodologies like Lean start-up approach, Design thinking and value proposition Design, I developed a deep know how in create values and products for customers, expecially in Welfare, SmartHome and Road assistance domains. Dal 2019 mi occupo intensamente di Digital Health e delle opportunità che può creare per la salute di tutti. In questo campo sono stato Responsabile Sviluppo Prodotti, Responsabile Marketing ed ora anche Responsabile commerciale, potendo sviluppare un know-how profondo e diversificato sul tema. Mi occupo di Sviluppo commerciale nei servizi Assicurativi dal 2013; grazie alla mia posizione, ho sviluppato competenze approfondite in ambito Commerciale (pianificazione, gestione e sviluppo), PMO, Marketing e Sviluppo di prodotti. Grazie alle competenze maturate nei nuovi metodi di approccio al Business, come il Lean start-up approach, il design Thinking e la Value Proposition Design, ho acquisito un completo know-how nello sviluppo di prodotti e value per i clienti, specialmente in ambito Welfare, SmartHome e Road Assistance.
