I frequently visited projects to observe construction progress, ensure quality control adherence, ensure contractual obligation fulfillment, and provide support to the Superintendent. I maintained daily communication with Superintendents to discuss project progress, objectives, timelines, Subcontractor performance, potential issues, or government concerns and directly addressed any concerns in a timely fashion. I proactively managed changes in project scope by identifying potential crises and devising contingency plans.
