For food farms and processing, I worked in Global Gap and also the National Organic Program (NOP) for farming food processing as well as several international social compliance (Fair Trade) organic programs. I have an associate's degree in Plant & Soil Science, and a BFA in Fine Arts where I studied playwriting and costuming. My love of organic farming let me to IOIA to become an organic processing inspector, I am also an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
