I have led the organisation through this crisis, maintaining services to the most vulnerable despite a significant downturn in income. We are now in a much stronger financial position and concentrating on our strategy to continue to serve our community. As a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, I have direct experience in strategy, corporate governance and risk management from director and executive perspectives. As Chair I oversaw development of social enterprise income streams and preparation for consumer-directed care.
