Loulie Scharf’s Expertise Family first. Lifelong passions: Animals and Art. I am an artist / activist, working and teaching in mixed media and printmaking. I donate 50% of all art proceeds to animal nonprofits. Background in classic portraiture, but I am most interested nowadays in exploring mixed media and collage, while raising awareness for animals. Solo shows / group shows. Lifelong learner / art school junkie. Currently pursuing pattern design and merch design. Completed Seth Godin’s altMBA. Our family is very active in animal rescue. Nine rescued pets. We traveled cross-country in an RV for one year, volunteering at animal shelters every afternoon. Came home with a renewed passion for helping homeless animals… and a couple more rescues. :) Met my soulmate hubby at UGA freshman year. Our two kids go to Wake. Go Dawgs. Go Deacs.
