  Hello! My name is Luana and I'm a certified OutSystems Web Developer, graduated in a Full Stack Bootcamp in Le Wagon Lisbon. Currently, working as a trainee in Create IT. Before I learned to code I was working as Customer Technical Support in the IT industry and I also worked for 5 years in Sales and Marketing in tourism. It was these experiences in working directly with clients, the passion to solve problems, and my curiosity for new technologies that guided me to the coding path. My journey in coding started with the Full Stack Bootcamp where I evolved from my first lines of code to build from scratch two Ruby on Rails applications on a team with two other developers. During the bootcamp, the first project we built was the website Portorinho, an MVP based on Airbnb where everyone can book and/or host a spot in any marina around the world. The second project was the website Fetysh, a platform to help people improve their sex life through information and inspiration content. The platform is available in the following link: https://fetysh.herokuapp.com/ We finished the beta version for both projects and now we are working to improve them. The launch of Fetysh and the other groups´ projects were presented in an event organized by Le Wagon Lisbon. We had the opportunity to showcase our project to the tech community and enthusiastic coders. The presentation was streamed on YouTube and you can see in the link: https://youtu.be/lUUJoEvs8Uk After finishing the Bootcamp I started learning OutSystems and for 2 weeks I attended a Low Code School by OutSystems where I had the opportunity to learn about Traditional Web. In a way to prove my knowledge, I did the certification exam and became an OutSystems Associate Web Developer. In the past few months, I have been working as a trainee in Create IT coding an OutSystems Mobile Application dealing with REST API and some C# code. At the same time, I'm attending the Academia OutSystems Masterclass, a course created and provided by an OutSystems MVP. This course is focused on practical projects where we can apply the OutSystems fundamentals previously learned. As my first hands-on project, I created an eTicket platform where the consumer can create a ticket explaining his issue, attach print screens, and send feedback. On the other side, the company can easily follow up on the tickets and access an informative dashboard that illustrates the big picture.
