While there, I was responsible for communicating with real estate agents across the province regarding property and sales information, as well as data entry, and working within a team environment, building relationships with agents and colleagues alike. As a Personal Banking Representative with Simplii Financial, I continued to build upon my communication and problem-solving skills, as well as my efficiency, while handling complaints and assessing client needs.
