  I have worked for North American Van Lines for 12 years and had three promotions from associate to lead associate to warehouse supervisor to warehouse manager. I have been at this company since the age of 16 and have plenty experience. I am only looking for a new job because I feel that someone else in the company got a promotion before me unfairly and it was because he was older and long time friends with the boss and was told that I was the first up for the promotion to dispatch, sales and shipping coordinator and then let down due to complaining and threats to resign by another co- worker who has not worked for the company as long as I have and was only a lead associate. I am a very fast learner and can read manifests and can locate shipments by part number or lot number or ticket number and can preform inventory counts on products, equipment, or shipments stored. I am currently working as needed for North American Van Lines but desire full time employment elsewhere so that I may grow and reach my fill potential I wish to excel in anything that I do and am willing to work hard and smart to get to the top as I have a family to provide for and I feel they deserve nothing less than the most comfortable life possible.
