Ludovic Barbier’s Expertise Since I was a kid, I wanted to work with computers. And now I made it. Software development has always been my passion, both at work and outside of work. I have worked on various projects, both professional and personal, in a wide range of areas and technology. I have tried my hand on backend game development using C++, developing websites using angular and other web technologies, but I ended up specializing in micro-service development, mostly using java. Most of the services I have built were experience APIs (or backend for front end), and had as a result to be built in a way that was perfectly adapted to the consumers, but that also could integrate with a wide range of backend systems, whether they were Rest APIs, Soap services, SQL databases, or anything that needed to be integrated with. Having to integrate with sometimes old systems, I learned to deal with technological limitation, and to find innovative solution to the problems I faced.
