This increased revenue by 100% within 3 months with continued momentum and phenomenal client results - Sold the first ever “YouTube First Watch” deal in EMEA to Lionsgate - Created and sold the first ever BBC sponsorship package for Top Gear to Swiftcover. This increased their total monthly revenue by 50% and their eCPM by 200% - Created and sold the first ever Sony / Syco YouTube deal for X Factor to Very.com - Recognised the sales potential of YouTube creator partnerships and developed strategy around brand and creator collaboration. Trained Google and agency partnerships teams on how to work with creators and shared best practices - Worked closely with product and marketing teams to define go to market strategy and pricing models for new ad products and developed sales collateral for UK and EMEA sales teams. Some of my work has been adopted across the US and APAC. - Sold and executed large scale display advertising campaigns for leading UK brands across film, TV and gaming - Worked across business teams to deliver innovative, integrated responses to briefs with successful Pan-European pitches - Constructed and sold the first ever YouTube Partnerships deal in Europe (to Eurovision) - Sold a global YouTube package to Fox, resulting in the first ever million dollar day on YouTube in its history - Selected for the Google “Mercury” junior leadership programme 2010 (one of 10 candidates in EMEA chosen each year). - Developed a new “account structure” to help clients produce effective ROI results and also help Google develop expertise in this area and produce more relevant research for clients. When implemented client spend increased by a minimum of 200% due to it causing Google to become their most effective lead generation - Produced a best practices document for the Google Display Network which when followed by clients produced extra volume at a lower CPA than their search activity and increased spend - Early advocate and team member of the brand and display/ YouTube business development team. - Drove strategy and implementation of accounts such as Picture Finance, B&Q, Wanadoo, Be Broadband, Norway tourist board and Condor Ferries across all online media - Turned a £90,000/month account into a £500,000/month account in 10 months due to effective strategy and implementation that lead to online not only beating the CPA of all other media but also delivering a higher volume than TV. - Constructed, presented and lead client meetings including being asked to present to one clients the board of investors - Managed a team of consisting of two junior planner buyers and a trafficker - Developed an in-house specialist affiliate program that delivered £200K /month spend.
