After this Maartje was prizewinner at the Hans Gabor Belvedère Competition and a finalist at the Montserrat Caballé Competition in Zaragoza and the Wilhelm Stenhammar Competition in Sweden. As an exceptionally versatile soprano, her repertoire ranges from Comtesse Adèle (Le comte Ory, Rossini) to Sophie (Der Rosenkavalier, Strauss) and from Cleopatra (Giulio Cesare, Händel) to Adina (l’Elisir d’Amore, Donizetti) In addition to these opera roles, Ms. Rammeloo regularly performs as a soloist in concert repertoire such as Mahler’s 8th Symphony, Mozart’s Mass in c and Händel’s Messiah, working with conductors such as Markus Stenz, Skip Sempé, Marc Albrecht, Jac van Steen, Tomáš Netopil, Anthony Hermus and Wouter Padberg.
