Experience in writing IACUC bio-safety protocols and BSL3 working condition experience. Familiar with SBIR and CRADA grant mechanism between NIH and Biotech industry. Excellent track record of publications (Nat Biotech, PNAS, Mol Ther, J Nucl Med), authored several patents and publicly presented data from Scientific meetings to Investor road shows. I have supervised up to 7 staff members including PhD's; written and reviewed SOPs and Training Records for junior employees.
