Assisted for Financial closure activities and loan disbursements for 2 X 300 MW for debt amount of around INR 2047 Cr & 150 Million USD with Axis bank & other consortium banks. Assisted for preparation of EPC Contracts and monitoring of Control Budget - Preparation of Term sheet / draft contracts, Exchange of Contract performance guarantees/advance guarantees, Monitoring and Coordination with EPC Contractor for progress of awards of subcontracts, site activities, and project implementation schedules. Assisted in preparation and submission of applications to respective Government agencies like MIDC for land, water allocation, MoE&F, Ministry of Coal , Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) for consent to establish, Airport Authority of India (AAI) & Defence Ministry for chimney height clearance, Railways, National and State Highway Dept., MSEDCL, MSETCL, MahaGenco, Ministry of Power, Central Electricity Authority and other Govt. entities. Obtained all the statutory clearances/permissions from Govt. Agencies. Successfully completed all the milestone activities of Letter of Assurance and Signed Fuel Supply Agreement (FSA) with Western Coalfields Ltd. Worked on the implementation of concept of Group Captive Power Project (GCPP), Reliance Power
