Mani Jianfar’s Expertise - Analyze and recommend optimal facility infrastructure and E2E flows to support set customer service goals and business policies as applied to the Universal Enclosures business at several countries/territories level. - Lead the projects to implement the new flows with all concerned internal departments. - Project Manager for WMS Universal Enclosures. - Be the liaison of Universal Enclosures with the main stakeholders, ie CCC Managers, BU/LoB Managers, Logistics & GSC Managers including P&S, Customers, including but not limited to management of specific delivery issues in collaboration with Countries / RDCs / GSC - Drive the evolution/optimization/migration of Tools & Resources and improve the synergies between the Tools. - Optimise and simplify the Sales Administration Processes. - Represent the Universal Enclosures Business in Logistics Transformation projects (Tracking, Customer Calendar...) - Follow up the service rates. - Manage and promote a solid Multicultural and a Multi-sites Front Office Support team of 17 members, to support all kinds of services to the worldwide international Markets. - Customize and Improve the local ERP (SAP) to a customer oriented order process tool through continuous customizations of the EDI connections. - Deploy the quotation & communication tools, selection guides, configuration tools, quotation Workflow to develop the business in the international markets. - Lead and promote the workgroups to improve the supply chain processes with different countries, in order to improve the service rate and the flow of information.- New offer creation through several steps: analysis of existing range, analysis of Market and competitors, value analysis, design, customer validation tests, profitability and risk analysis. - Value Engineering project manager. - Project manager to develop a first configuration tool to make the quotation of some simple adaptations by the local Sales Engineers in the countries.Integration and optimization of the new ranges/modules/parts of the car : - Validate the prototypes and define the criteria of operation, assembly and ergonomics. - Optimize and validate the control and the manufacturing processes by Smart and its system partners. - Lead a multi cultural “Workgroup” with the participation of the main stake holders: design (Germany), production, method and quality (France) and the partners (Bosch, Behr, Solvay ...). • Design and develop new products: Mechanical, Electrical and Optics for the industry Market and for the hazardous areas.
