The process involved knowledge transfer in German, processing invoices in SAP (German language) & educating the newly hired team of 20 FTE and 5 contractors to process and understand the ERP. 2.5 years post process stabilization I successfully conducted a feasibility study and migrated the costing process of Boschs' manufacturing division based in Chakan. In this period I completed a certification program in Applied Finance from IIM-K. I took personal time off post Bosch to prepare for GMAT and moved into the world of events as a Project Manager. Post Even Flow my next pit stop was at Target India to handle the Vendor Payables function. I added value to the role by channelizing the teams’ knowledge to bring about process improvements and automations and won an award for being a “Curious” leader. Wanting to further enhance my knowledge and scope of work I joined WeWork India during the first year of operations and was offered a front end role to directly interact with vendors (capex and opex sourcing), empanel new vendors, bring about cost optimization, evaluate and implement new tools for process optimization and improve process efficiency to the PTP process. It exposed me to Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Warehousing & Logistics. My experience in the P2P cycle and finding the best in the market gave me confidence to freelance for interior fitouts of commercial spaces on turnkey basis. My experience & expertise has brought forth some of my key skills – Relationship Management, Communication, Cost optimization, Customer Centricity, Team Building & motivation, Market research, Global sourcing and alliances, exposure to international work culture, strategic thinking and willingness to learn.
