Marcus Asbrink’s Expertise Caliente is the first chili-infused premium drink, created for people who want a kick but don’t want to compromise. Because chili is not only loved around the world for its pungent taste – its medicinal properties have been appreciated for centuries too. Caliente is made from the best ingredients sourceable and is hot enough to ensure a strong release of endorphins, creating happiness and a clarity of mind. Caliente draws inspiration from the world, but have its feet firmly placed in Swedish values of quality and transparency, health and naturalness. The result? A multiple award-winning drink that taste like nothing else. WINNER: “Best Premium Adult Drink” - World Beverage Innovation Awards 2015 WINNER: “Best New Organic Beverage" - Natural & Organic Awards Scandinavia 2015 FULL SCORE: 100/100 - Drinkpreneur - "Best review we've ever written". As a sales professional at Carlsberg I independently manage and develop my accounts while having an overall responsibility of my district area, which ranges from Ericsson Globe Arena all the way to the Stockholm archipelago vicinity, total of 150 costumers. Ones work is judged by how it comperes to the entire regions budget as well as ones individual.Rose Club Wednesday is a project that I started with two colleagues, two years ago. As Event Consultant we manage the business and nightclub, Rose, on Wednesday nights. Over the past 4 years we have developed a solid structure within our team of how to market the club through various methods, such as other companies, social medias, and social networks. At the end our fan page had a follower count over 7000 people. Before that we were in a partnership with Stureplansgruppen who is a serious and probebly the biggest player in Stockholm Nightlife. We ran a Club called Magenta there we had an follower count over 15.000 people. It was a great experience to always have to solve problem and work with people all the time. Service and humility were the most important key to our success.I was a seasonal employee as a Telemarketer to companies. I worked with prospects and sold gift card solutions to small and large businesses. Budget goals were reached individual and as a sales team.Collage is a classical but large nightclub with numerous rooms, in a new suit and appearance as well as new styles and experiences. Personal service, the warm atmosphere, excellent music and recurrent secret performances make every single night unique in its own way. You always know what you get when you make your way through our entrance. Every night is a blast whether its with old or new friends! As an Nightclub Manager I manage the business and nightclub. Ones work is judged by how it comperes to the entire regions budget as well as ones individual.I moved to London to get an international work experience and gain English fluency. Work abroad is something I’ve always wanted to do and when I got the offer to combine moving to London and work with the team at Barbour on Regent Street I immediately packed my bags and flew over. To work with Barbour was for me an excellent opportunity to improve my body language, customer service and sales techniques face to face which I think are incredibly important building blocks for me while developing my sales skills. Barbour on Regent Street is one of the busiest stores in London so its important to be able to handle many things at the same time and still be giving customers the best service possible.During my management i actively worked close to sellers to develop a rise in sales. I constantly worked to improve the closing rate of my sellers as well as to enhance client-sellers relationships, which I worked very diligently with at Svenska Dagbladet. As a result many of the sellers went from having no experience at all to become top sales professionals inside one of the biggest media syndicates in the country. Throughout my time there i had an accumulative of 55 employees. My responsibilities ranged from recruitment to education, training and active coaching. All so that together we, the whole division, reached the goals that were set for us each mount. Svenska Dagbladet is the biggest newspaper in Sweden and i were responsible for the sales office in Stockholm.I worked in subscription sales where i called both warm and cold prospects where i helped them renew or buy their SvD subscription. I constantly worked to improve the closing rate as well as to enhance client-sellers relationships, which I worked very diligently with at Svenska Dagbladet. I was paid through commission while my performance was assessed weekly.
