Spent 9 years in IT finance as a member of Grenke Finland's starting team. This was my first touch to business development just after 1 year of graduating. Never left that path. With Grenke gained tons of experience from market penetration and growing business rapidly in the last years. From Grenke jumped into to the world of international fleet management with LeasePlan. With the orange family increased my understanding on how multicultural clients work and how our global team worked in supporting our clients needs. Electrification of vehicles started to affect the global car policies. How to plan a sustainable policy with cost efficiency was the question often asked. Being a problem solver by nature I was intrigued on the multilevel of data needed in the development of these policies. That is why I joined ABAX in 2022 to learn more how much data can be taken out from vehicles and how the data can be used for running more cost effective and low emission fleets. Learned that the data is there now it just needs to be utilized. The story with ABAX didn't last long enough for me to be able to do this. The opportunity at Biila was too interesting to pass by! All the above experiences are supporting our current growth story. I don't forget my past, I carry it with me and utilize the lessons learned in my new adventures.
