I know what´s needed when you are doing digital transformation and digital chance in an organization and how to do it fast and with quality. To do this change you have to get people with you and see the big picture first and know where you are going on the digital roadmap with quick step forward as well as why you are doing changes. I use agile methods of developing, service design etc. I am certificated SCRUM product owner and Leading SAFE.
