This Australian Government funded program with over 300 staff across Australia delivers national dementia behaviour support to people living with dementia and their carers and care network. I also have the privilege to develop new services and innovations in both our program and commercial areas including the design and build of care settings. A key part of my role involves contract management and stakeholder leadership including Government, service providers, funding and peak bodies, and consumers. I seek opportunities that challenge and extend my skills and enjoy developing and supporting new leaders into the future because the legacy you leave behind is more important than what you achieved.
