Provided process walkthrough, identified risks to ensure adherence to compliance regulations and conducted UAT testing of the tool. • Conducts quality checking and provide approvals to facilitate payments process from bank to bank, fund transfers (internal and external customers), static data maintenance and account maintenance process. • Subject matter expert for two teams handling account maintenance, payment transfers, term deposits, cheque stop payments, periodical payments, transaction adjustments and account closures. • Investigate, resolve and handles escalations or disputes from customers. • Knowledgeable with account opening process including customer/signature verification via the KYC tool. • Cross-trained to multiple institutional payments processes and static data maintenance processes. • Conducts monthly coaching to officers to address errors and discuss quality improvements. • Provides process training for new hires and monitor performances during training period. • Work closely with onshore for process calibration, clarifications and to discuss daily volume split across different hubs. • Conducts monthly quality deep dive within the team to closely monitor process gaps and derive possible process enhancements to improve individual and team’s quality. • Prepares daily end of day reports and performs ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager. • Performs daily periodical payments and account closure reconciliation.
