This includes managing Human resources to ensure compliance with labor laws and yearly mandates, ensuring employee reviews, needs and career goals are constantly monitored, and ensuring proper payment for our employees as we adhere to the Davis and Bacon Wage act for our federal and public projects. I routinely work with AHI Construction, Incs. book keeper and CPA to review, understand and verifying monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements to anticipate growth, capacity, cash flow and management of short falls. I set the strategic and philosophical vision of the company on an annual basis to provide our team with insight and goals to be met by our business development manager, project managers, coordinators and labor force. As the President, it is my overall objective to ensure profitability of the company, while maintaining a safe productive work environment and ensuring customer/client satisfaction.
