Having previously been a Programme Lead for the DfE’s EdTech Demonstrator Programme, which has now ceased operation, I continue to work closely with the DfE to inform future policy and practice. More recently, I have supported education leaders both nationally and internationally in the use of digital tools and technology to support high quality education. I also have a passion for pastoral care and inclusion where I have focussed much of my attention as an Assistant Headteacher. Advocating that teachers need to understand the needs of their students and that every student in a school needs a trusted adult have been two underpinning principles of my leadership.
