This involvement encompassed all stages of programme development and management, from writing the proposal, budget preparation, to logistical planning, roll out and reporting. Previously as Senior Manager of the ESG Advisory Department of BEC I worked with a large number of MNC's and SME's on their ESG Reporting & policy development. Prior to this as Manager of China Water Risk, my role involved writing water related thought leadership pieces & conducting sector specific research into water risk for finance companies.
