I have replaced the aging Antivirus Solution and replaced it with a modern EDR\XDR solution and Advanced Threat Protection to further improve the security of the company. By making these changes I have improved the service delivery for the Corporate IT team and improved the stability of the IT Systems and continue to modernize the environment while improving business outcomes for the company overall. I have responsibility for the Corporate IT budget, oversite, and procurement, ensuring financial efficiency and maximum return on investment for hardware, software, staffing costs align with the strategic direction of Corporate IT and FD Technologies. In Citi for 8 years, I have managed several teams responsible for Infrastructure Delivery and Infrastructure Support in a truly global company. My teams were spread throughout the globe located in Belfast, Texas, Mexico, Chennai, Japan and the Philippines. I was responsible for a large estate, for RADIA/HPCA we have approximately 4500 servers running on Windows Server 2008 or later located in approximately 200 countries, and this supports Citi’s Windows 10 infrastructure around 450000 desktops at its peak. For SCCM I supported approximately 200 servers globally and this product will be replacing Big Fix for servers and HPCA/RADIA for desktops, currently we have 65000 Windows servers and 450000 desktops utilizing SCCM daily and this number grows daily via OS deployments and migrations which take place daily.
