Key achievements: - Stabilization of documentation team by improving team spirit and ownership dynamic in order to improve and sustain performances while keeping voluntary turnover within team to 0 - identification with the help of the team of automation opportunities reducing workload in the team by 160h weekly - Optimization of financial model for inland costs at origin for export out of Europe (more accurate sources of costs from operations) - 96% FY SLA results vs 85% target - 100% results on manager performance index on employee engagement survey.
