Key Task and Responsability: Budget Responsibility SOLUTIONS People Package Budget Build up, Cascading & Calendarization ZBB People package analysis actuals vs budget, accrual process, budget and 3YR Plan process, accounting process Responsible to cascade the PPM People cycle to each one of the regions / countries. Review the performance of the package with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Achieve ZBB Target for SOLUTIONS People Package. Assess and challenges the ZBB people costs of the IT/IS organization and BSC’s, together with the entity owners, identifies initiatives and leads actions plan to optimize the ZBB people costs and close the gaps towards Budget, LE Run PPM People Tracking & Monitoring and LE process with entity owners Develops Management Reporting for SOLUTIONS people package to enable best-in-class performance management including definition of key information requirements Ensure gap understanding. Challenge entity owners with benchmarking. Key achievements: - Stabilization of documentation team by improving team spirit and ownership dynamic in order to improve and sustain performances while keeping voluntary turnover within team to 0 - identification with the help of the team of automation opportunities reducing workload in the team by 160h weekly - Optimization of financial model for inland costs at origin for export out of Europe (more accurate sources of costs from operations) - 96% FY SLA results vs 85% target - 100% results on manager performance index on employee engagement survey. Project Optimization of freight audit process for export to US and other countries Optimization of financial model: Inland costs at origin for Belgium and Germany. Successfully completed the 2016 Boost Program Program consists of various trainings such as Management at ABI, Project management, recruitment training and Know yourself (coaching & feedback based on color) Assigned Project: Intercompany master data and invoicing. Project objective: Master Data: Reduce setup time for new intercompany customer setup Invoicing: Reduce amounts of intercompany invoice corrections. Projects: Key user for Project Connect: Centralization for freight invoice audit process from Mexico to Prague Financial inland costs at origin model: Building and implementing financial model to provide visbility of inland costs in Belgium and Germany to the different ABI importing zone.
