I left that position to join Unifirst as a District Service Manager. I flourished in my time there and enjoyed the every day challenges of my position. I managed a team that grew in revenue each year, I managed two route reps that achieved President's Club in consecutive years. My position required me to negotiate contracts, solve customer problems and provide consultative selling to customers while also controlling inventories and limiting credits to maximize revenues by managing the performance of 5 route representatives, among other various tasks.
