My philosophy of putting the customer and their requirements at the forefront of my work has seen me develop some fantastic working relationships, ultimately resulting in Y.O.Y growth to accounts managed. This same can-do attitude is adopted with all internal colleagues, utilising personnel affectively and working to the strengths of others to ensure the best result is achieved for all parties. Working closely with key industry innovators, colleagues and customers, I use my expertise to generate strategic sales plans to ultimately increase turnover and company profit. My sociable personality, leadership, and confident interpersonal skills twinned with my industry knowledge means I can excel and perform to a standard which is desirable to employers, employees and customers alike. Presented with hard work and ambitious goals, my competitive nature is shown, and I push myself to ensure that targets and expectations are met & often excelled. I have a keen interest in sustainability in horticulture and have taken active roles and steps to increase sustainability within the business. My experiences have demonstrated a keen desire to progress and gain new skills and I have demonstrated a drive to work hard to achieve targets, as well as enhance my organisation, communication, responsibility and negotiation skills. They have equipped me with good numerical, oral and presentational skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of people. Outside of work I am a very sociable person and enjoy spending my free time outside in my garden and allotment, walking my 3 dogs, redeveloping our current home and spending time with my two daughters.
