I have been licensed in all 50 states holding 51 licenses as Washington DC requires its own Insurance License. As Agency owner from 2000 to 2013 I worked as an independent agent having multiple GA contracts with various carriers. In 2013 I decided to move under the Allstate umbrella and started an Allstate Agency from scratch. After 3 years and being the top Agency in the 5 state region I was recruited to So Cal and open up my Second Allstate Agency From scratch. I have a great passion for business development and have been fortunate to be successful with growth, risk management and P&L. Over the years as I have been investing myself in business and it’s growth and foundation I have found that for me that’s the easy part. It’s been a new found challenge of people development that I have found as a win win passion. When I have a solid “business” foundation I have noticed that turning much of that biz dev energy into people and personal development the business seems to mirror the growth and even exceed its prior growth as the development of my staff become the focus. I enjoy what I do and am grateful for the success I have had over the years and can see much fruit from the investments made in my staff resulting in growth and advancement for both the business and employees. As a manager nothing makes me more happy and leaves me feeling accomplished than watching my employees grow and develop into more valuable assets whatever their doing and where ever they land.
