Matteo Bellini’s Expertise After graduating in Forestry and Environmental Technologies, I decided to dedicate myself completely to the world of food, which has always been my enormous passion. In that period, my passion led me first to Alma at Gualtiero Marchesi's and then to internships with masters as important as Joel Robuchon and Gaetano Trovato. Being one of the pioneers of Personal Chefs in Italy gave me the opportunity, from the beginning, to approach the role of trainer and consultant and to be able to refine every single aspect. In the last ten years I have deepened, therefore, my interest and my training in the field of online education and, by attending the courses of the top representatives in Italy, I had the opportunity to become one of the most appreciated online trainers in the food industry. For years I founded and manage the Chefdelbenessere project which, also thanks to the work of my team, is giving me the opportunity to train hundreds of students in the food and catering sectors online with my courses. I am co-author of the book "Se non è zuppa è raccontato" and author of the book "Hamburger perfetti". The Chefdelbenessere project, the books I wrote and my collaboration as a Social Gastronomic Expert in the innovative startup Gastroadvisor led me to further deepen the combination of training (online and offline) and food allowing me, really, to specialize in this area.
