Create S.O.P.'s for higher efficiency of area. Create job listings and post online with Student Employment Office. Interview, hire, orientate, train, and supervise 5-10 student employees. Work with leasing company to maintain proper function of postal equipment and keeping meter supplies stocked. Assist campus customers in person, over the phone, and through email- regarding mail issues, as well as navigating insurance claims and obtaining proper customs forms for international shipments. Responsible for seeing that mail delivery vehicle is maintained. Verify FedEx and Spee-Dee invoices with Mail Services records of charges. Operate EMS system for managing postage meter charges Run monthly reports for postage charges and send to General Ledger department. Find correct account numbers for invalid ID's. Using webTMA iPad version for scanning materials out of Central Stores. Securing Central Stores/Mail area upon leaving for the evening. Cross-training in Facility department purchasing: Use P-Card to make purchases for part/supply orders Create P-Card Transactions in webTMA system Obtain invoices from vendors Reconcile P-card transactions with credit card statements and prepare paperwork for Purchasing department main office.Work Control Center for Facility Services: Field calls for work order requests Answer billing or invoice questions Direct emergency repair issues to the right supervisor or maintenance technician. Processed work order requests through TMA maintenance management software Also in TMA system- Worked on team responsible for creating a new preventive maintenance schedule and conversion of preventive maintenance records from PC based software to web based. Utilized WebTMA iPad version for scanning materials out of the Central Stores facility. Responsible for securing Central Stores/Mailroom upon leaving for the evening.Project Crew for Academic Custodial department Provide logistical support for campus events, as well as regular support of Academic Custodial staff Maintain/repair custodial equipment Summer projects- exterior window cleaning, stripping/waxing floors, moving/setting up offices, etc.
