To keep upper management and other Teams informed of any happenings outside of regular business hours. To maintain and build on the infrastructure as well as complete build outs of Data center/Disaster recovery sites for clients. That includes cabling, both copper and fiber, Rack, Cage and Suite builds, Ladder rack installation fiber duct and custom Builds including full cabling/Fiber installations for clients Remote hands and eyes includes but not limited to, Reboots, OS installs, Offsite Tape storage swaps, extensions of telecom lines,DS3,Pots,T-1,and Ethernet as well as fiber To work with the sales team on potential client tours as well as to design and build space for current clients. Responsible for Data center operations, Security, Shipping /Receiving and Training Budget for my site. Keeping all work in-house to save costs and to have timely turnaround times for clients.
