In 2014, I joined Charbonneaux-Brabant, first vinegar group in France, and started developing the Chinese market. Our products are French mustards, wine vinegars and oils. All these products are never used in traditional Chinese cuisine. I developed new ways of consuming the products better suited for Chinese consumers. In a few years, we have grown from 3 to 8 partners. Sales followed. In 2016, my area grew: In addition to Mainland China, I am managing Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. I also occasionaly have missions to Korea and Singapore. This allows me to see the different paths of development that our products took and share my experience. I joined Laita at the end of 2019 in order to be able to broaden my horizons and discover the world of dairy products. I am fortunate to have the challenge of developing the Paysan Breton brand in China. Even if the brand is present on all distribution channels, this mission allows me to discover much more the retail and ecommerce distribution channels.
