Ceramics is a very volatile environment to work in so one would very quickly get to know the correct / incorrect "tune" of the printers, the viscosity of the coloured paste, and the weather changes that would affect a production run. I left in 2005 to pursue another opportunity and came back to work for 2 more years from 2008 to 2011. In the last time period we started developing the glass mosaic industry where I developed colour recipes for the production and researched methods of various techniques in applying materials to glass and getting effects.
