This led to my journey of pursuing Master's in Psychology from Utkal University. My love for Psychology began with a Bachelor's Degree from Christ University, Bangalore. And my interest in people translated into a Master's Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Utkal University. During my three-year career as a technical recruiter, I have worked with Fortune 500 companies providing valuable services, including finding the best technical talent and managing the entire hiring process. I am now excited to give my career a new direction as a mental health professional and hope to be involved in research and academics. I am also a council member of the Odisha chapter of the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), which focuses on mental health awareness and work with industry professionals to identify and treat mental health issues with proper intervention and care.
