Viable solutions balance both. - How you get to the destination is as important as getting there in the first place. If you burned out the team in the process, it’s as much of a failure as if you never got there at all. - Whenever you lose your way, listen more. People and curiosity will enrich your solutions, improve your relationships, and help you be a more effective leader. - Give generously in everything, from your business model to your mentorship. The relationships you build are a thousand times more valuable than the few hundred dollars you gave away. - No matter how popular HIIT classes become, I will still hate burpees.
