I was born and raised on a cattle farm in Middle Tennessee. Today, my 2 children and I live on property that adjoins the family farm. I have been in the roofing industry since 2016. I started my career at Rackley Roofing as a Receptionist. After 2 months, I realized I was developing a hunger for this industry. I wanted to know everything from the terminology, technology , materials and physical skills. I was promoted to Service Coordinator. As the Service Coordinator I was in direct contact with our Customers and Service Crews. My hunger did not stop there and I asked to work as a Laborer / Helper with many of our Crews. This give me a true sense of what their days looked like. It also let me learn with hands on experience the many different roof systems. In 2018 I accepted my current position. I absolutely love getting out, meeting new people and assist growing Rackley Roofing. Its so rewarding to work in an industry that you love and offering services that provide solutions.
