Many are becoming more and more tech savvy, which I like to take advantage of in the form training to do basic troubleshooting. Also keeping an open line of communication up so they feel comfortable coming to you with simple and complex questions. Customer service is my number 1 goal, there's a balance in keeping the end user happy and spending money in the most appropriate ways to fulfill their needs. My primary focus is the users, and the relationship with them. My second focus is public facing, making sure our patrons have a good, frustration free experience. We use a wide range of technologies from Meraki MR and MX devices, Samsung Video walls, Panasonic Projectors to NOAA's Science on a Sphere project. The current job is very open to change and innovation. We differ a great deal from other state agencies due to being in such the public eye.
