I always operate with the mindset that supplier consolidation is especially valuable, meaning that if our current supplier base meets our requirements, it is beneficial for both parties. As a part of Global Operations, I see my role as a service provider for the company, where all aspects and possible risks are accounted for. I am constantly considering improvements to the process for optimal quality, pricing, and in time deliveries to avoid deviations. A good day at work for me is where there is a mix of planned and unforeseen challenges, and a workplace with highenergy motivated colleagues would be the perfect place for me.
