Responsible for leading our Support team, partnering with the business to prioritize backlog of work requests and educate employees on the use of the internal business systems to support their day-to-day operations. Help drive evolution by way of metrics that optimize efficiency and quality while meeting the demands of rapid growth and operational complexity. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a team of Support Analysts; act as mentor and coach to team members • Develop and implement a strategic plan for support processes across all of business systems • Periodically review support tickets, track performance, identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement • Define internal and business facing support KPIs that align to corporate objectives • Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders • Assist in the QA process of new business systems applications • Define and lead business facing end to end validation sessions in coordination with QA Director and Development Managers • Ensure business users requirements are met with consistent high quality of service by engaging with various stakeholder on a regular basis • Implement the appropriate strategies for project intake requests, ensuring there is a repeatable process with sound business buy in • Understand and make recommendations to improve QA, development and project management methodologies for the enterprise • Identify and recommend improvements of various functionalities in the lead to cash processes in coordination with the business stakeholders • Participate in the vendor onboarding process. Work closely with global Mimecast teams to strategize and execute on implementation, operationalization and support of Marketing systems projects and transition to a new global CRM system. Provide essential services to the Marketing team providing support and consulting around the best practice use of the new CRM and the power it can deliver to Marketing. Excellent understanding of modern-day marketing practices and a passion for learning new technologies with data integrity at the core of the role. This includes strategy of building new business process efficiencies around campaign creation and execution within the CRM. Maintain the flow of data between the marketing automation system and the CRM system, troubleshooting discrepancies or issues as they arise. • Manage Marketing data and workflows across the lead lifecycle including contact enhancement, de-duplication and privacy standards. • Manage holistic connections of contact data and syncing rules between CRM and Marketing automation systems. • Manage the data environments to help internal users report on and visualize campaign and marketing activity effectiveness. • Oversee all administrative, configuration and optimization responsibilities for Marketing in our CRM. • Oversee transition and internal communication plan from existing CRM to new CRM. • Transition existing workflows, assignment rules and handoff workflows to new CRM. • Assist with building and maintaining, and ensuring continuity of, marketing go-to-market segments, leveraging technologies, such as predictive modeling, to facilitate lead to SAL flow. • Understand buyer lifecycle and how CRM can support campaigns through data and reporting. • Replace and upgrade existing workflows using new CRM by building in automation. • Document best practices in a consumable fashion to drive re-use and scale in marketing team. • Work with 3rd party technology providers to provide support for marketing technologies that are integrated into the CRM.Work closely with the Global Marketing teams to execute on implementation and support of Marketing systems projects, technology and data oversight. Provide essential services to the Marketing Team, providing support and consulting around the best practice use of Marketing systems. Understanding of modern-day marketing practices and a passion for learning new technologies with data integrity. This also includes the continual improvement of process efficiencies around campaign creation and execution and data therein. Help maintain the flow of data between our marketing automation system and our CRM system, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Responsibilities: • Manage Marketing data and workflows across the lead lifecycle including contact enhancement, de-duplication and privacy standards. • Manage the Marketing technology stack, including capture, cataloging, relational structure, connectivity, additions and retirements • Manage holistic connections of contact data and syncing rules between CRM and Marketing automation systems • Manage the data environments to help internal users to report and visualize campaign and marketing activity effectiveness • Assist with building and maintaining marketing go-to-market segments, leveraging technologies, such as predictive modeling, to facilitate lead to MQL flow. • Provide first line support for marketing systems architecture, escalating as required. • Work with the Marketing automation team on nurture, segmentation, testing, as necessary • Deploy new marketing technologies and projects • Guide Marketing on best practice usage of marketing systems supporting internal marketing • Work cross functionally with business partners on the lead funnel, CRM system • Oversee territory assignment rules, mass updates, and lead queue maintenance • Work with 3rd party technology providers to provide support for marketing technologies • Monitor uptime of marketing systems and respond to issues identified by monitoring systems.itslearning is a SAAS company that provides a K-12 learning management system, which enables teachers to better facilitate instructional delivery and engage today’s “digitally” wired students. My responsibilities at itslearning include: • Global campaign management: Strategic campaign manager driving global marketing teams and regional/subsidiary marketing teams to develop all aspects of an effective campaign. Also helped project manage the roll out of new regional websites. • Help develop and provide reporting and dashboards for campaigns and regional subsidiaries. • eCRM management: Manage eCRM system (Marketo) to effectively drive global and regional campaigns and maximize automation of campaigns. • Digital optimization: Manage digital, social and email content, functionality, design, UX/UI to increase lead generation effectiveness. • Systems used: Marketo, Salesforce, lightCMS, Word press, Hootsuite, Optimizely. • Create, manage, review and approve content (Webcasts, Whitepapers, Case Studies) • Conduct interviews with Council Members to create useful, relevant technology topics • Co-manage communities of practice (Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Retail).
