I'm currently creating a survivor-centric wellness program that combines the latest research in trauma, health, and neurobiology with a client's preferred workout methods in order to help them truly adapt, recover, and thrive in response to any adverse events they've faced in their life...to truly process and heal from their trauma, and move forward stronger than ever.
