Served as global contact for regional solution team heads within the corporate HQ.- Appointed team lead for a new IP-based Application Server product for the Telecommunication Gateway Product Line. - Advanced market share in the German wireline market prior to the company halting wireline access products.- Worked as the technical solution team lead in the Product Competence Centre for Nokia Hang Xing Telecommunications Systems Co Ltd. - Directed sales development on wireline access solution elements including the DX 200, Broadband Access and transmission products. - Served as product marketing manager for the DX 200 switching product, working with peers in the product line and colleagues across the world to maximize marketing exposure. - Steered the DX 200 product into #1 position in the Chinese oilfield and railway sectors.- Managed and coached a 10-person team tasked with building the customer specific SW upgrade, performing pre-testing for the Nokia Customer Service team. - Conducted hundreds of tests per year on SW products for customers in the UK, France, Russia, Malaysia, China, Germany, and Scandinavia. - Oversaw a competence transfer for the new Malaysian Sapura Nokia Joint Venture related packaging testing and delivery.- Received training on SW builds for the DX 200 switching product, testing against the network element.
