Created the Industries first API approved/qualified Drilling Structures Inspections training and qualifications, build, modified and/or upgraded every type of drilling structure in the Industry. Thoroughly enjoyed building teams in various Worldwide locations and working with different nationalities in different cultures. I take pride in the fact that I've had many people work with me for 20+ years. And being told by multiple individuals that I'm the best boss they've ever worked for is one of the nicest things I've achieved. Sold DSL to Joulon in August 2016 and left in February 2018.
