Identification of a slow learner and advanced learner need to be done thoroughly through set of guidelines. "Mentoring the Mentor" is an innovative initiation that was introduced to strengthen the Mentoring of Students. I tell my students that learning is like the construction of a building, which has to have a solid foundation, and in which every brick has to be placed in the right position, at the right time. I taught several subjects both at UG and PG level. Some of them are Advanced Digital System Design, Digital Electronics, Digital Systems, VLSI System Design, Advanced Control System, Micro Processor and Micro Controllers, Instrumentation, wireless Communication, Embedded Systems, HDL Programming, Digital Signal Processing. I believe my diverse teaching/Administration experience will prepare me well for a successful academic career that excels both in teaching and Administration.
