I have experience of Open Innovation Challenge delivery, service design, training delivery, implementation of improvements and mandatory requirements. I understand the importance of successful change management. I have experience of the public sector supply chain environment and management of the PCIP assessment. Responsible for the team improvement plan I know the benefits of robust processes and implementation of best practice. In a previous role I was the lead office on the Scottish Enterprise Open Innovation Programme, a 12 organisation cohort. The OI aim is to support Scottish businesses deliver innovative solutions across all sectors. I have developed life cycle models, Community Benefits models and the Cenefits software portal the organisation currently utilises. I was responsible for implementing and managing our WARP IT portal to redistribute redundant assets across the council estate and beyond to our not for profit partners.
